Option 1: Energy Model with ROI Analysis

GreenShape will develop a normative baseline model compliant with ASHRAE 90.1-2007 Appendix G and a design case model.  The cost of energy saved in the design case vs. the baseline case will establish LEED Optimize Energy Prerequisite and the value of energy savings towards the LEED Optimize Energy Performance credit. Return on Investment analysis will be provided to demonstrate the value of specific system components.

Deliverables:  LEED v2009 baseline and proposed design energy model, up to 3 additional model iterations during design, and one final model following CD completion. Additional model iterations will be billed as an additional service at $1000 each. GreenShape will complete the LEED online templates demonstrating the energy savings toward certification.
