This 1.5 million SF building stands adjacent to Metrorail and features an extensive network of green roofs with over a mile of sidewalks, two reflecting ponds for storm water management, and an efficient under-floor air distribution system. One hundred percent of this building’s energy has been off-set through the purchase of RECs. |
