WASHINGTON, DC GreenShape served as the sustainability consultant for development of Lafayette Tower, a new 224,866 SF office building in Washington, DC. The project exceeded its initial sustainability goal and achieved LEED Core and Shell Platinum certification in 2009, making it the District of Columbia's first LEED Platinum commercial office building.
